INTRODUCTION

Gleeson Land have drawn up draft designs for the Phase 2 development of land off Froxmere Road, Crowle. 

 

The proposal is for outline planning permission for up to 80 open market and affordable dwellings, creation of approximately 3.07 hectares of open space, and associated drainage infrastructure. The proposals also include an extension to Jubilee Playing Fields by adding additional sports pitch facilities, and provision of an Equipped Play Area.
